What is the minimum order quantity?
50 caps for silicone and the other materials, 100 for latex and 25 for competition caps. Tiered discounts apply at 250, 500, 1,000 and 1,500+ units, so one order for the whole season is almost always the best value.
How long does delivery to the USA take?
Production takes about 3 weeks from design approval, and express courier delivery to the USA typically adds 3 to 6 business days. Tell us your meet date and we plan production around it. Import duties for small cap shipments to the USA are usually minimal; we declare everything correctly and tell you the exact shipping cost in your quote.
Which materials do you offer?
Silicone (the competition standard), latex (the most economical for events and open water), suede (premium matte finish), long-hair caps and fabric/lycra caps for swim schools.
What currency do you invoice in?
We quote in EUR by default and USD invoicing is available on request. We accept international bank transfer, Wise and Revolut.
